I'm simplifying what I build. After years of experimenting with different ideas, I've decided to focus on a single niche: real estate.

I'm currently building something in the real estate information space, with the goal of making it easier for people to find reliable, useful, and well-organized content. Rather than starting new projects every month, I'm putting all of my energy into creating one product with long-term value.

This marks a shift from exploring possibilities to committing to one industry and building for it, one step at a time.

I finally launched my tool site, Nepal Calculator. I managed to properly list out all the calculators I wanted and built them. Right now, I'm focused on expanding it - adding more calculators and improving content around them to help with rankings.

I've also figured out a clearer content system for the real estate-focused website and have started working on it. On top of that, I've added a home decor site to the plan and have been putting time into that as well.

Lately, I've been continuing to learn and experiment with programmatic SEO, now with more clarity on how I want to apply it across these projects.

Still at Mangobyte Digital, which I've been working on since December 2021. Most of my work is around digital marketing - websites, content, and client projects.

I got into Google AdSense with my religion-based website. It's earning very little right now (around $0.50/month), and I've honestly been stalling on growing it.

The original goal was to get it to Mediavine; at this rate, it might take 50 years. I need to get back into it and take it more seriously.

I also have a couple of new ideas in mind - a tool-based website and a real estate-focused one - that I'm planning to start working on.

This is a /now page. It's a snapshot of what I'm focused on at this point in my life.
